I'll start with Tarkhun, or as they call it at the Russian food truck where I get it, tarragon lemonade. (I don't think there's any lemon in it, I think they mean soda). It's from Georgia (former soviet) and I guess it's popular there. It is really delicious, I thought the herb was for savory cooking but it's actually like a mild anise or fennel flavor.
I didn't know the original recipe used green dye that is now banned in most countries (not sure if they still use it) but it would explain why I'm glowing in the dark.
