evo-lution was founded by Klaus Schwarz in 1996, but back then as a pure synth-pop band.

In May 2016, Micha and Heiko joined the band and the sound changed audibly, the sounds became harder and the former synth-pop band slowly became a band that is now known as a mixture of (dark) electro and electronic body Music and distinctive synth sounds, but also draws inspiration from other electronic music styles. Both Micha and Heiko have gained over 20 years of stage experience through their previous projects.

The modern synths, the brutal drums and the distinctive bass lines have gained a distinctive recognition value. It is important to the band that every song tells its own story, which is also thoughtfully implemented live with the sound, vocals, lighting and stage decoration.

This new concept was already implemented in 2016 at some headliner concerts and also in 2017 during the Germany tour as support for Eisfabrik and Scheuber (from Project Pitchfork) and the fan base grew steadily.

In 2018 the band toured Germany with their last album “ NAVYGATOR ”. The title itself promised the new electro sound that ran like a common thread through the album. From hard to poppy and danceable, everything was there.
