Electronic Frequency

The Electronic Frequency (EF) project was created in 2010. After I, Christian Kossat (vocals and programming), had already started tinkering with sound two years earlier, it was now time for me to take the next step and mine to present the first musical works to the audience in Brandenburg. This happened on August 14, 2010 at the “E-Attack Summer Edition” at Fabrik e.V in Guben.

What constitutes Electronic Frequency?

The band's style is characterized by distorted synths and hard-hitting snares. But soulful and memorable strings are also part of the repertoire. We don't want to deny that we belong to Darkelectro, but we also don't want to be pushed into a certain box: We're always experimenting and combining and trying to put our own personal stamp on the scene. Our striking and entertaining live performance rounds the whole thing off and makes us an interesting duo.
