Formed in 2004, FGFC820 is the hard EBM project from well-known and respected New York City DJs Rexx Arkana and Dräcos. Drawing on joint and separate influences ranging from old school industrial to modern gabber, Arkana and Dräcos combine to create a sound that is at once melodic and relentlessly rhythmic. Their debut EP, "The Hanging Garden," was released in 2005. They have also contributed tracks to several "Endzeit Bunkertracks" samplers (Alfa-Matrix), "A Tribute to The Cure" (Equinoxe), the Noise Terror Productions (Johan van Roy of Suicide Commando) label compilation and many other German samplers. The band signed to Germany's NoiTekk Records in May 2006 and has released one EP ("Defense Condition 2," 2011) and three albums ("Urban Audio Warfare," 2006; "Law & Ordnance," 2008; "Homeland Insecurity," 2012) for the label.
FGFC820 has also played live in various festivals, including: Wave Gothic Treffen (Germany), Gothic Festival (Belgium), Kinetik 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 (Canada), Resistanz Festival (U.K.) as well as others in Lima (Peru), Vittoria (Spain), Porto (Portugal), Tijuana, Celaya and Mexico City (Mexico) and throughout the United States and Canada. http://www.fgfc820.comFGFC820 is the harsh EBM project of NYC artists REXX ARKANA and DRÄCOS VON STRECKER. Formed in 2004, the band signed with Germany’s NOITEKK RECORDS to release their debut album - Urban Audio Warfare - in 2006. Their sophomore effort - Law & Ordnance - followed two years later, and their third full length - Homeland Insecurity - was issued in 2012. Over the years, the band has recorded for various compilations and labels internationally.
The project is known for their anthemic live performances and has headlined music festivals in North & South America and across Europe. Despite their perceived militaristic “pro-America” image, FGFC820 has amassed loyal fanbases abroad - Mexico, Russia and Germany in particular, where they have performed multiple times. This is notable by the large number of industrial dance videos uploaded to YouTube by the band’s fans.
BRUDERSCHAFT
BRUDERSCHAFT (“brotherhood” in German) is a charity-based futurepop "supergroup" founded by Arkana in 2003. Over the last 20 years, the collaborative project has featured contributions from RONAN HARRIS (VNV Nation), STEPHAN GROTH (Apoptygma Berzerk), SEBASTIAN KOMOR (Icon of Coil), DANIEL MYER (Haujobb), TOM SHEAR (Assemblage 23), JOAKIM MONTELIUS (Covenant), DANIEL GRAVES (Aesthetic Perfection), STEFAN NETSCHIO (Beborn Beton), P-O SVENSSON (Colony 5) and many others.
BRUDERSCHAFT released their first single, Forever, on ALFA-MATRIX RECORDS in 2003. The song was an emotional tribute to Arkana’s father, who lost his battle with cancer. The more than two dozen remixes of the song include those from FRONT 242, CAMOUFLAGE, FEINDFLUG, ANGELS & AGONY, THE RETROSIC and MELOTRON. Ten years later, the project released Return, an EP with new original material, also on Alfa-Matrix.

COLDKILL
COLDKILL is the dark electronic dance music project formed in 2015 by Arkana (vocals) and fellow New Yorker ERIC ELDREDGE (music) of futurepop outfit INTERFACE.
Drawing on the music of their youth, COLDKILL is an homage to the vintage sounds of 1980s first wave. Arkana’s deep monotonal delivery enwraps syncopated club beats and oscillating melody lines to deliver a sound more comparable to BRUDERSCHAFT than Arkana’s better-known FGFC820 project.

DJ REXX ARKANA
Rexx Arkana has been spinning dark electronic dance music for nearly thirty five years. He has appeared on air at college (WERW), community (WMNF) and commercial (WLIR/WDRE) radio. He has spun music festivals from Mexico City to Montreal to Moscow; first headlining Germany’s famed Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig in 2002.

Soon after, Arkana joined Interface Magazine, becoming Managing Editor of the full color glossy. In 1997, Arkana hosted the first ever Industrial Music Panel at the CMJ Music Marathon in New York City, where he moderated a discussion on the genre that included Genesis P-Orridge (Throbbing Gristle) and Wolfgang Fleur (Kraftwerk). Two years later, Arkana appeared as an expert on goth/industrial culture on the ABC News overnight program World News Now, interviewed by a young Anderson Cooper in the wake of the Columbine High School massacre in Littleton, Colorado.
Arkana spent two years working radio promotion for East Village indie label Radical Records, before launching his own promo firm, RazorBurn, in 1998. Over the years, he has had the honor of working with such artists as Nine Inch Nails, Gary Numan, Ministry, Sister Machine Gun, Clan of Xymox and many others.
Previously, Arkana served as host and co-producer of the local origination TV show Back Alley, which earned distinction as “Best Entertainment News Program” at the Hometown Video Awards in Atlanta in 1993. He currently remains active in video production as host and co-producer of STATIK Industrial TV.
