Ego Eris

Ego Eris is a Brazilian post-punk/darkwave band, whose official activities started in 2016. The band was formed in the city of Recife, by guitarist Marc Nero and maintained their original lineup ever since, with Marc, Breno Romero (vocals) and Astroblack (bass guitar).

"Tu Fui, Ego Eris": The phrase, often found in epitaphs, is written in Latin and can be translated as "What you are, I was; what I am, you will be", a reminder to the living of their finitude itself.
