Feindflug 1995-2006

The project Feindflug was founded between the years 1995 and 1996. The two creative heads Banane and Felix met by accident. Banane was doing DJ jobs together with Beam but had his own musical imaginations and Felix had the required equipment to realise their musical wishes in form of danceable industrial music. So the first steps were taken. At this time, Nico was part of Feindflug, but due to musical differences Feindflug and Nico quickly went different ways. For a long time, Beam has been supporting Feindflug as live drummer. Many have seen Beam being a berserk at drums on stage. Since 2004 Beam is permanently integrated to Feindflug.

Members: Banane, Felix L.

The Retrosic  2001-2008

The Retrosic project was born in April 2001 with the release of the debut Prophecy. The Retrosic's second release, Messa da Requiem, reached the top of the Deutsche Alternative Charts in 2002, and was named "Album of the Year" by the Dutch Alternative Charts.

The Retrosic's third album God of Hell saw the line-up expand to a full band, seeing the incorporation of elements as diverse as soprano vocals, Indian flutes, trombones and oriental rhythms into the project's sound. Two years later, Nightcrawler was released, introducing breakbeat rhythms and guitar sounds into the group's sonic palette.

These releases earned a number of accolades in the scene press, but despite this, the project had not yet performed live at this stage. They finally made their live debut at the 2007 Wave-Gotik-Treffen festival. This performance was recorded for future release as a live DVD.

Members: Djan, Jörg Kundinger

Headscan 2001-2005, 2012

The Canadian Montreal-based duo Headscan fuses futuristic dancefloor music with dark cinematographic soundscapes, meshing these elements into a smooth, hypnotic sound. The group combines the best elements of trance and electro-industrial resulting in a sound that is fresh and exciting, while holding true to its predecessors in electronic music.

Claude Charnier (music) & Christian Pomerleau (vocals and visuals) have been active in Montreal's local alternative music scene for some years now, playing a hard and intense mix of electronic and acoustic music. Signed to Artoffact Records in 2001, they released their first album entitled 'Shaper And Mechanist' to worldwide acclaim. Dark moods, electronic voices, bubbling basses and relentless beats create a futuristic soundscape for the new dark ages, inspired in parts by the writings of science-fiction author Bruce Sterling, while resonating with the sounds of electro architects Daniel Myer, Uwe Schmidt and others.

E-Craft  - 1996-2014

E-Craft is an EBM / aggrotech / electro-industrial band that was formed in (East) Germany in 1996.

E-Craft are one of the most famous (East) German EBM bands and have been representing the original electronic genre internationally for nearly 15 years. Over the years they have developed their own style of EBM - brutally forceful sequences, tough lashing sound waves, grinding modulation, noise-art and lasting melodies that form a perfect combination and highlight the beauty of synthetic sounds.

The band has undergone several lineup changes over the years and is currently composed of founder Guido Henning (Vocals , lyrics & programming), 2003 addition Jan Abraham as "2nd Front Man" (Vocals & programming) and 2010 addition Steffen Bennewitz as their live drummer.

In recent years, E-Craft have managed to build up a broad international fan base by focusing on their special strengths, i.e. live performances. In addition to a UK tour and gigs in Scandinavia, Belgium, France and Mexico, E-Craft have been on several major tours in the USA - the last of which included 35 venues. No other German electro or gothic band has toured America so extensively.

They are represented in Europe by the electricBlue record label, a sub-label of Ausfahrt. In Russia they are represented by Gravitator Records.

Location: Stalinstadt, Germany

Interlace  - 2001-2009

Interlace define their own genre somewhere in between the styles of Clock DVA, Lassigue Bendthaus and early Skinny Puppy.

As clear-cut electronic soundscapes blend with distorted aggression, a new machine is born. Throbbing with intensity and aggression, it constitutes the merging point of ancient insights, a disillusioned present and the unfolding veils of tomorrow. It is a foundry for intelligence and instincts, for reason and lust, for the stark reality and that which lies beyond man's comprehension. It is an essence of progress. It is Interlace.

Interlace is also a virtual laboratory, a realm of enlightenment. All academic fields are represented here, and art is the room that encapsulates them all. In cautious hands, knowledge is molded into sonic and visual expressions that will shake the foundations of a society taught to settle for less.

Interlace was blue-printed nearly a decade ago and has gradually developed since. Other artistical engagements delayed the realization of the project until the fall of 2001.At this time, the members agreed to enter into a collaboration with swedish alternative label Memento Materia. Subsequently, the debut album Innuendo was written and produced during an intense three-month period.

"Different artistic expressions must be allowed to converge and cross-fertilize, music is merely one. Parallel to the outer world, signs, symbols and ciphers build fine threads in our own web. Analyzing them leads to new discoveries, and new leads emerge along the way. We promote progress on all levels of human conciousness."
-Interlace

Members: Daniel Olsén, Mats Persson, Oscar Wilkensson, Tobias Carlsson
Location: Malmö, Sweden.

Detroit Diesel  - 2008-2012

Powerful beats, fast-paced sequences and great melodies topped with distorted vocals are the recipe here. Second album “Coup d'Etat” - released in 2012 on Deathwatch Asia, Infacted Recordings (EU) and Vendetta Music (US) – met with widespread critical acclaim for its relentless pace and quality. This Canadian harsh-EBM band is described by some as a ‘’bombardment in the harsh electronic music scene’’ - giving high-energy and engaging live shows.

Location: Quebec, QC, Canada, Quebec

//TENSE//  - 2006-2012

Frustrated with the direction electronic music was headed, one man decided to create the sound he so badly craved. So, in the Winter of 2006 he bought some machines, learned to program them, and stole his girlfriends computer to record the ensuing beats.

//TENSE// was born with dreams of resurrecting the forgotten WaxTrax! sound and has been producing the hard beats in his hometown of Houston, Texas for 3.5 years. If you listen closely you can hear the heat and humidity taking hold of the machines, slowly infecting the circuits and dragging their corpses to the dance floor.

Members: Jake Schrock, Jeff Swearengin, Mariana Saldaña, Robert Lane, Seth Nemec
Location: Los Angeles, CA. / Houston, TX.

Soil & Eclipse  - 1996-2013

Soil and Eclipse began in March of 1996, originally under the name Oracle of Delphi. The band was formed in Hawaii when vocalist Jay Tye and G.W. Childs IV began collaborating in an effort to fill their local music scene with a more eclectic sound. Though the two were in the US Army at the time, they worked together in their free time to perform live shows. Their many local performances led to a following among Hawaiian goth enthusiasts.

In January of 1997, Jay and G.W. were contacted by COP International, who had heard their demo tape, and was interested in signing the band. After a few months of communication and a trip to meet the minds behind COP, a contract was negotiated and signed. After a short time of debate amongst the bandmates, a new name for the band was chosen - Soil and Eclipse. Jay and G.W. felt that the new name better suited the style of music, given its ambient nature.

Shortly after signing with COP International, Soil and Eclipse began recording their first CD, 'Necromancy'. Co-produced by Romell Regulacion (Razed in Black,Transmutator) and G.W. Childs, 'Necromancy' was quick to get a positive response. Many tracks from the CD, including "Rejoice" and "False Prophet" have received extensive airplay across clubs and radio programs throughout North America and Europe.

After the release of 'Necromancy', Soil and Eclipse separated geographically due to the ending of their military enlistments, which, for the record, were honourable. Jay returned to his home town of San Diego, and G.W. to his home town of Dallas. While in separate states, Jay and G.W. started writing music for their second release. After a year of separation and struggle, a new catalog of songs was created.

Upon reuniting in San Francisco, the duo began work on 'Meridian'. Maurice Jackson of Nerve Factor (COP label mates) played a huge role in the production of 'Meridian'. Not a surprise given his extensive background in audio engineering and electro/industrial music. 'Meridian' shows the duo in a more emotional light and truly showcases the vocal talents of Jay Tye. The response again has been very positive - Four weeks after its release, 'Meridian' made it in to the German top ten where it stayed for two weeks.

Soil and Eclipse has since released 'Archetype'. The 'Archetype' single embodies new works with remixes from 'Meridian' such as 'Exile' (Remixed By M.O.), 'Poetry of Angels' (Remixed By Rommell Regulacion of Razed in Black) and 'Thief of Always' (Audio Paradox remix) . A very diverse release in content as well as sound, it has been the biggest success of the entire catalog in acclaim as well as success of the band.

Later in 2002 Soil and Eclipse released "Purity" which brought to light such titles as the moody "O' Magnum Mysterium" which has enjoyed a large burst of club play as well as "Bridges" and "Sentence Me". The material on the album benefited greatly from the flawless production brought forth by Count Zero of DLI fame and the infectious remixes by Razed in Black, Cassandra Complex and M.O. and Deathline International. While having an abundance of club friendly material, the album also contained tracks exhibiting more vulnerability than in previous recordings. Introspective tracks like "Pretend" and "Chains" gained attention again for the Count's thoughtful production but also the emphasized sensitivity.

Now in 2005 Soil and Eclipse are working on a new title. The new work is focusing more on the classical aspects of the band that have only been hinted at in the past being mixed with more experimental elements.
