Implant was formed in 1992 when Geert and Len attended the same university. It took them till 1996 to release the first CD album ("soft flesh / hard steel"). During that period 2 MCD’s got released ("Fun" and "Brain FX") and the band took a swing in unexplored territory of psy-trance, becoming one of the first psy-electro bands out there. "Kmputor" and the latest released "UFF" brought them recognition from a lot of artists on the scene, resulting in doing remixes for Plastic Noise Experience, Neon Electronics, Psyche (2), Negative Format, Mlada Fronta, Spies, among others. They did a small tour in North America and supported UFF with several gigs in Europe, introducing a new live member (Nicolas van Meirhagen) to the Implant crew.

No More Flies On The Windscreen -The Chaos Machines part 1
by IMPLANT

Len Lemeire's declaration, 'No boundaries, no compromises, only chaos and machines!' sets the tone for IMPLANT's groundbreaking “Chaos Machines” trilogy, a sonic journey into the heart of 2024. Brace yourself for the inaugural chapter, “The Chaos Machines Part 1 – No More Flies On The Windscreen” hitting you with unapologetic force on CD, with vinyl and more conceptual companions following suit later this year.

This 12th studio album is a testament to 3 years of unbridled sonic exploration, an audacious clash against algorithms, and a rollercoaster of accidental genius from the dynamic duo of bearded divas Jan D’hooghe and Len Lemeire. Far from losing control, the Belgian pair opted to let chaos reign, transforming mellow ambient tracks into mesmerizing psy-trance industrial cuts with poignant vocals. Old school EBM and new wave roots morph seamlessly into addictive electro-pop featuring the lush vocals of NOEMI AURORA. Dark moments evoke echoes of early SKINNY PUPPY, KLINIK's icy elektro, and the subtle flavors of NIN.

Immerse yourself in the pulsating beat, ready to rock, groove, and reflect with IMPLANT's electrifying fusion of sound and substance. This hypnotic album, filled with noise, melody, bass, beat, and tongue-in-cheek lyrics, unfolds like a collection of intricate sonic tales, revealing hidden parts and offering new clues with each addictive play.

Remember, with IMPLANT, “it's always more fun to pick up the pieces”.
Nothing but... IMPLANT!"

Scratching The Surface-The Chaos Machines part 2
by IMPLANT

Get ready to dive deeper into the chaos with IMPLANT's latest release, "The Chaos Machines Part 2 – Scratching The Surface". Following the success of "Part 1 – No More Flies On The Windscreen", this new chapter is available exclusively on vinyl (with a digital download), in two different colors: clear transparent and black. Each color is limited to just 150 copies worldwide, making it a must-have for collectors.

In "Chapter 2" of this conceptual trilogy, the chaos intensifies as the machines continue their relentless assault on a desolate Earth. This release features mesmerizing extended versions of tracks like "The Drive" and the chilling "Tales From The City", alongside the captivating electro-pop single "I Wasn’t There," graced by the lush vocals of NOEMI AURORA.

But that's not all. This vinyl delves even deeper into darkness with new tracks such as the powerful and lyrically engaged single "Responsible", which channels the catchy 90’s dark elektro vibes reminiscent of early-PROJECT PITCHFORK. Other standout tracks include the haunting "It Will Mutate" and the infernal dancefloor hit "Why Don’t You Sin Like Me?", both showcasing the sinister side of the machines as they eradicate humanity.

Combining old school EBM, groovy American Industrial, and melancholic New Wave, Jan D’hooghe and Len Lemeire transform dark moments into pulsating psy-trance industrial anthems. They seamlessly blend noisy chaos with melodic beauty, creating a dynamic and electrifying record evoking bands like NIN, KLINIK, JUNO REACTOR and other FRONT 242.

Like IMPLANT put it: "no boundaries, no compromises, only chaos and machines!"

Let the machines scratch your back as you dance the night away.
And remember: with IMPLANT, “if it doesn’t kill you, it will mutate and try again”

Don't miss out on this electrifying vinyl experience!
