He is a great musician and always super original. ^_^

Pretty much my favorite of all the 90's coldwave industrial bands. Seeing them in 2017 was incredible! RevCo and Frontline Assembly too. I've traded a few very brief messages with the band and they were very nice. Glad they're still around.

I was digging around and came up with Marc Heal's first band Westwon. The demotape post mentions quitting this band when it was already signed to a label, and I read something elsewhere about the band being paired with a producer who made it too soft and mainstream. Well good thing for the jump and enjoy some obscurities.




There's a live show of it that caught some of the edge that got polished away in the studio, the stuff they were doing while opening for Gary Numan. Marc posted some great comments about it on his personal Facebook, it was such a rarity he didn't know it existed.

These guys are definitely one of the "exceptions" for bands that use guitars. Somehow it just works with these guys. "Interference" is my favourite album by them. I also liked the "C-Tec" project quite a bit too.

Holy crap, I didn't even notice. And that's my business. I put out some alerts to find copies if the price ever falls. Marc was posting about shopping it for production as a show or something, so it's undoubtedly going back in print if that happens.

Right near the beginning he mentions his book Sussex Devils. Marc says there was a falling out with the publisher, so the rights are back with him and it's out of print. He said he's waiting in case it gets picked up for a screen deal and then the rights might be worth more, but he also might run off a small print run himself.
