The Underground Rescue Channel (URC) was an innovative DJ webcasting site formed by DJ Dragon (Dragan Jargič) & DJ Lace circa 2001 over copious amounts of coffee and a mish-mash of off the shelf surplus computer hardware of the time. Based on a philanthropic ideology and philosophy of goodwill, URC is a innovative off shoot of VUTAG Records, which was founded in 1995 by J. Sinclair & DJ Lace.
