" Somewhere North West lies a body with zealous veins. On TV, “Afterlight Special”, a band of 5 friends venturing into the unknown of their rundown town. Because what else is there to do when you feel lost in the pipes, the gloom swallowing you as you attempt to illuminate the dark. You tell those close to you that you are a call away, whilst asking, “Who am I?”. Battling emotional barriers as you drive through bitter streets of hubris day after day. But the creature in me lives on, despite a series of dead ends week in, week out, missing those halcyon days in the home we know. Hallucinating fantastical lands with a needle in my neck. "

written in mid 2019, and finally released to my bandcamp; SOUNDS FROM THE ABYSS. a dark drone, ambient record totaling at 4 hours, 8 minutes, 24 seconds for those who love that kind of thing. originally inspired by a friend, malice, who (iirc) liked listening to dark drone. eventually it found its way onto youtube, and now... well here it is.

from the depths of the deepest void. the original on youtube cut off part of the end, but this is the full thing. may never release this to spotify for obvious reason (huge track lengths).

bonus points if you get the reference from house of leaves on the last track.
