Beyond Obsession is a synthpop group from northern Germany.

On their long-awaited new album, Beyond Obsession are once again presenting their unmistakable variety of catchy and colorful electronic pop music. Beyond Obsession stand for rhythmic, electronic hymns between dance, emotion, melancholy and pop, peppered with catchy tunes and a very unique voice by the singer Nils Upahl. Influenced by the whole range of electronic music, held together by classic songwriting and polyphonic singing. New wave meets dance sounds and the sounds of the 80s can be found in modern harmonies. The men have been enriching the electronic music landscape for some time and still remain true to their distinctive style.
