Formed from the ashes of 1990's Industrial Metal band, MiLLENNiA, Null Factor carries Dan Harvell's (known as rUINED while in MiLLENNiA) onward. Null Factor was founded in 1999 and has released several studio albums and have been featured on a number of Industrial music compilation albums. After a 5-year hiatus, during which Dan focused his musical attention on his side-project called I/O, Dan has begun work on a new Null Factor project.
Formed in 1999, Null Factor has released 5 full-length albums. The first two albums were released through the old MP3.com site. The third album, "Purity", was Null Factor's only professionally released album. "Purity" enjoyed heavy rotation in clubs, the world over. Sadly, by the time Null Factor was finished recording the follow-up to "Purity", the label carrying Null Factor had dissolved, forcing Harvell to release the next two releases through his own "vanity label" called, "Checksum Recordings".
With his 6th album nearing completion, Null Factor is currently seeking an established label to help take his music to the next level.
