blackcentr - Industrial Dance, EDM from Orange County, CA, Salem, Oregon

Blackcentr is an Industrial/Electronic music project by Johnny Bonnett and containing various vocal contributors including Steven Seibold from Hate Dept. The first period of activity for this project started in 2007 and ended in 2011. This period resulted in 3 releases for the project, 1 being pulled from distribution after a dispute with its first record label.
From 2011 until more recently Johnny supported another music project as well as taking time off from music production so did not work on Blackcentr
In 2023 Johnny focused once again on Blackentr and spent the year developing a music style more in line with his original intent, less of a horror industrial noise vibe and more of a dark dance/EDM style.
In 2024 the EP 'Momentary was released with vocals by Steven Seibold, the first release in 13 years, and the first release capturing the new sound of Blackcentr.
The project is has more release planned for 2024 and beyond.

Blackcentr is an Electronic artist headed up by California native Johnny Bonnett and fronted by the legendary Steven Seibold (Hate Dept., Seibold The Terrible, Standalone, Pigface, The Damage Manual).
