I'm with Chris. This subgenre can be really cringy. Mainly because the focus is more on the metal and the electronics are an afterthought. Simple loops and sequences. I want to hear real noise and chaos seeping in.
However I present I, Parasite:

That said, I love Fear Factory, Godflesh, Samael, Cubanate, KMDFM/MFDMK. I really enjoyed the German coldwave stuff in the 90s- Coptic Rain, Swamp Terrorists, Think About Mutation. Can't forget 16 Volt, Hate Dept, and our friend Out Out!
But what is happening NOW that is good? I have no idea.
